How to protect from the COVID-19

We all had plans, dreams, and things to do in 2020. But it proves, again and again, we cannot raise our hands against nature. Covid-19 changed our lifestyle all around the world. Now what we can do is get protected from this deadly epidemic.

How can you get protected?


Stay at home

  • If you can stay at home, and nobody enters your home, you are safe.
  • Because there are no possibilities to enter coronavirus into your home.

Build up your immunity system

  • Our human body is powerful enough to protect from Covid-19. 
  • That is why the Covid-19 death rate is too high with age. Because the elder's immunity system is not much powerful than younger.

Foods help to increase your immunity

  • Coriander seeds
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Spinach
  • Green tea
  • Sweet potato
  • Drink warm water.
  • Take healthy meals

Wash your hands frequently

  • Try to wash your hands frequently using soap or alcohol-based liquid.
  • Always try to keep your hands clean.
  • If you are in a highly affected area, you can use hand gloves.

Use a face mask

  • This may help you to avoid entering coronavirus into your body. Mainly it enters from the mouth, nose, and eyes.
  • If you can use a surgical mask, you are safe. But remember to change it after 8 hours. Do not reuse it. 
  • If you are using a reusable mask, keep it clean.
  • Keep your mind to dispose of used masks in a relevant way.

Always try to keep one meter of distance when you are in the public

  • Public distance is the preliminary thing to get rid of the coronavirus.
  • According to the WHO, always try to make at least one meter of distance from others.
  • It may help to limit the possibility to get affected by a coronavirus.

Try to avoid public transportation

  • Use private vehicles and limit your tours.
  • If you have to use public transportation, 
    • Use face masks
    • Keep distance as much as you can 
    • Use hand sanitizer
    • Try to be alone
    • Keep changes

Limit your social works

  • Try to stay at home alone.
  • It is actually not an easy task if you are a very social guy. But try to be alone.

Use a hand sanitizer

  • Use an alcohol-based safe hand sanitizer product.
  • Use it frequently and after you touched a dirty surface. Ex: public elevator, public transportation, public table... etc.

Do not bring the Coronavirus to your home

  • You may be living with your parents, or you may have kids. So their immunity system is not much powerful. Very easily they might be caught to this deadly virus.
  • If you are in a highly affected area of COVID-19, please follow the below steps.

How to clean yourself before entering homes

  • Keep your shoes or slippers outside of the home.
  • Wash heels using soap.
  • Keep your clothes outside it is better if you can have a bath in the outside washroom if you have one. Or else you can wash your hands and face using soap before entering your home.
  • Clean your phone, pouch, watch, handsfree, or headset using sanitizer liquid. 
  • Sometimes you may feel, what nonsense is this. But do not forget COVID-19 is a deadly virus. Only if you are safe, you can save your family too.

What are the symptoms of COVID-19?

  • fever
  • dry cough
  • sore throat
  • tiredness 
  • headache
  • feel like pain

Just call your doctor if you feel like

  • Difficult to breath
  • Chest pain
  • Fell like faint 
Please make sure, do not directly go to the hospital or any public place or meet your doctor, if you have the above serious symptoms.

  • Please do not directly go to the hospital or any public place.
  • Call your family doctor or make an appointment to meet a doctor for advice.
  • Your country may have different rules and regulations regarding this. Please follow them.
  • Be separate from your family members.
  • Inform related authorities related to your symptoms. 

The bitter truth

Still, there are no medicines or antibiotics for COVID-19. Your immunity system itself fights against this virus. If your immunity system is powerful, if you do not have existing serious medical conditions like diabetes, asthma, heart disease,  then you are on the safe side. But it does not mean that coronavirus will not enter your body. You need to be safe to save your family, especially your kids, parents, and grandparents.
